Jack Keeley, H. Wood Thrasher, owner of Thrasher Engineering, Inc., formed the largest business park in North Central West Virginia in 2008 with the purchase of 470 acres. The relocation of UHC, an expanding FBI complex, and a recent increase in Oil & Gas activity had made the acreage poised for prosperity.
